Management Development
We create management development programmes that are designed to extend the manager's ability to think more strategically about the issues that face them and to improve the performance of their business. We achieve this by:
- aligning the programme's objectives with the organisation's strategy.
- involving the stakeholders in the research, design and evaluation phases.
- using the organisation's 'live issues' as a key focus for learning and as a vehicle for delivering business results.
- working closely with participants, often in a mentoring or coaching role, to help them think through and deal with the issues and challenges that are facing them in their 'real world'.
- establishing supportive frameworks where participants can exchange ideas, receive feedback and positive challenge from their fellow participants and other colleagues.
