Coaching and Leadership Qualifications

The following programmes are being launched in the autumn of 2006:

Level 3 Certificate in Coaching

The Level 3 Certificate in Coaching is designed for first line managers and team leaders who have responsibility for the development of their team members. The focus of the programme is in using coaching as a management tool enabling first line managers and team leaders to develop performance to a very high standard.

The full Certificate will take around four months to complete and includes approximately 35 hours of guided learning, plus additional time for assessment.

Level 3 Certificate in Leadership

The Level 3 Certificate in Leadership is for those first line managers who recognise the importance of leadership in ensuring their own future success and the future success of their organisations and who are in a position to practice the leadership role.

The main purpose of the programme is to enable first line managers to improve their leadership practice. The full Certificate will take around 6 months to complete and includes approximately 110 hours of guided learning, plus additional time for private study, action learning and assessment.
